Louvain-la-Neuve (LLN) has very limited hotel options. If you want to be able to have a room you should not wait too long before doing the booking.

If you fail to find a room in Louvain-La-Neuve. We suggest one of the following options:
Stay in Brussels. To reach the event on time you have the following trains (leaving from Brussels Midi station): 08:03, 08:33 and 09:03. The train ride takes about 1 hour.
Stay in Wavre. By train you can reach LLN at 8:27 and 9:27. The ride takes 31 minutes. We believe that the Best Western hotel offers shuttle service to LLN.
Stay in Ottignies. By train you can reach LLN at 8:51, 9:21 and 9:51. The ride takes 7 minutes.

From the train station in LLN to the contest site it is only a 9 minute walk.
